Any order has a processing time frame of 2-5 days, all depending on item(s) purchased. 
Once the order has processed and is shipped out, you will receive an email via the email address that was entered at checkout containing the tracking Number along with the tracking website. 
If the tracking number doesn’t show status via the website the same day you receive the email, you may also use global.cainiao.com to track it as it will show a more detailed status on the package.

Free Shipping: 
Delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-15 BUSINESS days depending on carrier speed, location, and item(s) purchased. You may also use global.cainiao.com to track the package.

Express shipping: ($25) 
Delivery time frame is anywhere from 4-8 days (sometimes less)(also including weekends) all depending on carrier speed, location, and item(s) purchased . Express shipping is always Via UPS or DHL. Since this is a priority/expedited service, you might not be able to track the package until 24-48 hrs before it is due for delivery. If they are unable to deliver the package for any reason or have any issues with the package you will get a call AND text regarding the matter.
